Welcome to KIN KIT. These Terms of Service govern your use of kinkit.co and your purchase of products from us. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Custom Orders and Your Design

Our products are made to order and customized to the design, selections, and information you provide. You are responsible for reviewing all product selections, personalization, sizing, spelling, colors, shipping information, and the final design proof before approving it.

You represent that you have all rights, permissions, and licenses needed for any text, artwork, logos, photographs, or other content you submit or ask us to use. You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise violates another party’s rights. We may decline or cancel an order that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or applicable law.

Design Approval and Production

We may send you a design proof for review. Your approval confirms that the proof is correct and authorizes us to begin production. Changes requested after approval may not be possible and may require additional time or charges.

Once you approve your design, your items enter production. At that point, the order is in progress and cannot be changed, canceled, returned, or refunded except as required by applicable law or as described in our Refund Policy.

Cancellation and the Custom Design Fee

You may request cancellation before you approve your design by contacting us promptly. If we confirm that your design has not been approved and production has not started, we will cancel the order and refund the amount paid for the items, less the $25 custom design fee.

The $25 custom design fee is non-refundable once paid. It covers the personalized design work and preparation performed for your order. After design approval, orders are non-cancelable because production and materials are committed to your custom item.

Pricing, Payment, and Availability

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change before an order is placed. Payment must be authorized before we begin processing an order. Product availability and production capacity may change; if we cannot fulfill an order, we will notify you and provide an appropriate remedy, including a refund when required.

Shipping and Delivery

Production and delivery estimates are provided in our Shipping Policy and may also appear on the Site, at checkout, or in your order confirmation. Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly state otherwise. Please review the Shipping Policy for important information about processing, carriers, tracking, delays, and address accuracy.

Intellectual Property

The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by KIN KIT or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited right to use the Site to make purchases, no rights are granted to you without our written permission.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties other than those that cannot be excluded by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, KIN KIT will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing Law and Changes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where KIN KIT is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise. We may update these Terms from time to time by posting the revised version on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
