How does personalization work?
Each KIN KIT emblem is designed around your details. Once you've chosen your starting point, tell us what you want woven in: a family name, a location, a sport, a year, whatever makes it yours. Our design team takes it from there and sends a proof within 2-3 business days.

Can I adjust colors or layout?
We'll do our best to accommodate any request. If you have something specific in mind, tell us in the details field and we'll take it from there.

How are the designs applied to the garments?
Caps and sweatshirts are embroidered by default. It's our preferred finish and it wears beautifully over time. T-shirts are screen printed. If you'd prefer screen printing on your sweatshirt, just let us know in the details field and we'll make it happen.

What's the design deposit?
Every Collection order includes a $25 design deposit at checkout. This covers the cost of your custom proof and counts toward your final order total. One round of revisions is included. Additional rounds are $25 each.

What if I want to make changes after I've approved my proof?
Once you've approved your proof and your order is in production, we can't make changes. Take your time. Nothing goes to print until you say so.

Our Navy, Heather, Red, and Bone colorways are a heavyweight 70% ring-spun cotton, 30% poly — substantial, structured, and built to last. Our Washed Blue and Washed Maroon colorways are a softer blend of 80% cotton, 20% poly, with a more relaxed, broken-in feel straight off the bat.

Unisex sizing.

Both finished with our signature KIN KIT cherry tab at the hip.

Machine wash cold, tumble dry low.

The best things in life are better shared. The more you order of a single KIN KIT item, the less you pay: 5% off 5 or more, 10% off 10 or more, 15% off 15 or more.

Discounts apply per product type and only to the qualifying items. So, if you order 5 crewnecks and 2 caps, the discount applies to the crewnecks only while the caps are priced independently at full price.

Shipping
Orders ship UPS Ground from our production partners here in the US. Shipping is $20, with complimentary shipping on orders over $250. From the moment you approve your proof, expect shipment within two weeks. We'll share tracking information once your order is on its way.

Returns
Because every KIN KIT piece is made to order, we can't accept returns or offer refunds. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, that's on us. Just email help@kinkit.co and we'll make it right.
